Shipping Information

Every artwork is handled with the same care and attention that went into its creation.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is complimentary within the contiguous United States. For destinations outside this area, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us with your address, and we’ll provide an exact quote before finalizing your order. If you choose to proceed, a separate invoice for shipping will be emailed to you.

Processing & Delivery:

Finished pieces ship within 3–7 business days of purchase. Please allow additional time during major holidays. If there’s ever a temporary pause in shipping (for example, during travel or studio closure), a notice will appear on the homepage.

Packaging & Care:

Your artwork will be packaged with exceptional care to ensure its safe arrival.

  • Original Paintings: Wrapped in protective paper, sealed against moisture, and cushioned securely.
  • Fine Art Prints: Backed with sturdy cardboard, sealed in a protective sleeve, and mailed in a padded envelope.
Carriers & Tracking:

All artworks ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, depending on size. Every order includes tracking and insurance. Large or high-value paintings require a signature upon delivery to guarantee safe receipt. We can also ship to a business address or trusted recipient, just specify the correct details when placing your order.

Damaged Shipments:

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Photos of the damage must be provided within 1–2 days so we can initiate an insurance claim. The artwork will need to be returned before a refund (minus shipping fees) or a replacement can be arranged.
