It’s my genuine honor to ensure that your experience collecting art from Christina Chang is as joyful and seamless as possible. Your satisfaction means everything.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and include photos so I can file an insurance claim. You may choose either a replacement piece or a refund (minus shipping costs).

If you’re simply not fully in love with your piece, you may return it within 7 business days of delivery. Please repackage the artwork exactly as it arrived, using the same materials when possible, to ensure its safe return. Once I receive the piece in perfect condition, I’ll issue a refund (less shipping) or help you select another artwork of equal or lesser value. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you’d like to visualize how a painting will look in your space before purchasing, feel free to send me a photo of your wall (taken straight on) along with its measurements. I’ll create a Photoshop mock-up so you can see how the piece fits your space.

Please note that custom commissions are final sale. Because each piece is made in collaboration with you, there are multiple opportunities to request revisions during its creation.
